STEP III AN Application ID WILL BE FORWARDED TO YOUR MOBILE NUMBER
STEP III THE Application ID. TO BE PRESERVED FOR FUTURE LOG IN
STEP IV BEFORE FINAL SUBMISSION, PLEASE PREVIEW YOUR APPLICATION FORM FOR ANY NECESSARY CORRECTION AND EDIT ALL MISTAKES (REMEMBER - NO FURTHER EDIT OPTION WILL BE GIVEN EXCEPT DOCUMENTS) 

Instruction

  1. Applicants are requested to fill in the Application form carefully by uploading the required applicable documents.
  2. After successfully filling in the application form, applicants must pay the application fees Rs. 1000/- (for UR candidates) and Rs. 500/- (for reserved category) (non-refundable) through the following Bank account.

  3. After successful payment a UTR no. will be generated. The UTR no. is needed at the time of application .
  4. After submitting the Application Form, a printout is to be taken of the filled Application Form .
  5. Two hard copies of the Application Form with required supporting documents including payment receipt in a sealed envelope must be addressed to The Registrar, The Sanskrit College and University, 1, Bankim Chatterjee Street, Kolkata-700073. The name of the Department for which the Ph. D./ Vidyavaridhi programme is applied, must be mentioned on the sealed envelope.
  6. Please upload all the documents carefully :

  7. All the documents (except Photograph & Signature) must be Original Scanned Copy.
  8. The file type extension must be in .jpg only.
  9. The dimension of the Photograph should be 140px X 162px (i.e. 140px in Width and 162px in Height)
  10. The dimension of the Signature should be 150px X 50px (i.e. 150px in Width and 50px in Height)

Note: If any information found incorrect at the time of verification, the application will be cancelled and the fees deposited against the application will be forfeited.
